Our Vision

Dumas works with Aboriginal communities to build mutually beneficial relationships in an environment of trust and respect.

Our Guiding Principles

Dumas will achieve this vision by:

1. Engaging in meaningful and ongoing consultation with Aboriginal communities on corporate initiatives that affect their interests.
2. Recognizing the importance of indigenous cultural traditions and environmental knowledge, and fostering an organizational culture that values cross-cultural awareness, sensitivity and respect for all.
3. Supporting education and training initiatives that facilitate Aboriginal peoples’ access to employment.
4. Promoting business opportunities for Aboriginal people through cooperation and collaboration with our customers, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Our Commitment

Dumas will engage in transparent, objective consultations with Aboriginal communities in order to establish and implement strategies consistent with our vision and guiding principles.
