Every Dumas employee is expected to support this through the following guiding principles:

- We will ensure a working environment that encourages and supports employees to identify and correct all unsafe or substandard conditions.
- We will ensure that all workers comply with legislative requirements and client standards.
- Leadership and the personal commitment of our employees is the key to continual improvements in Health and Safety.
