Jeff Huffman is responsible for all Operational activities across Canada, as well as global Capital Equipment, Supply Chain and Project Management Office (PMO).
Mr. Huffman joined Dumas in 2018 as an Area Manager and brings an extensive experience history. He has 20 years of progressive mine operations management experience achieving Mine Manager and Regional Manager positions therefore attaining an extensive range of practical knowledge.
Mr. Huffman is a strong advocate for Health & Safety, first and foremost, and is dedicated to ensuring each employee is provided the education, training, and work environment to perform their duties and return home safely each day.
Mr. Huffman drives continuous improvement into organizations and brings an extremely analytical approach to monitoring, adjusting, and controlling projects. His passion for analyzing and creating high standards of Project Controls and overall Business Results instills an expectation to operate under a culture of data and information, supported by current technologies. He holds great value and priority in the precision of this side of the business.
Mr. Huffman graduated from the Haileybury School of Mines Mining Technology Program, completed a technical diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering in Ottawa, Ontario and attained his Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Athabasca University. He is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP).
