Wayne Mohns, oversees all HSE aspects across Dumas.
Mr. Mohns continues championing Dumas’ journey to Zero Harm, including our nationally recognized Life Saving Rules across the business and continuously improving our global competitive position as a safety leader in the mining industry.
A professional engineer with more than 36 years of experience in mine contracting, operations and mine management, Mr. Mohns held several senior management positions with the Redpath Group, Glencore, Homestake, Barrick, and Teck, prior to joining Dumas.
He has varied and fulsome operational and management experience in contracting, mine operations, process improvement, strategic planning, and team building.
Mr. Mohns holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University, as well as a Civil Technology Qualification from Ryerson University.
